Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Lófinda Luxury Candles purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly offer an exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days of your purchase date. We do not offer refunds.
To start your exchange, please email us at info@lofindaluxury.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
Please note: Items purchased online cannot be returned at pop-up events or through our retail partners.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and no later than 14 days of purchase. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once a product is removed from its original protective packaging, we are not responsible for damage due to improper handling.
Exceptions / non-returnable/exchangeable items

Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to final sale or custom items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
